Spotcars app is available for Apple IOS version or newer and Android phones version or newer.

You need to create an account using your name, email, date of birth and address.
The app can be used by people 24 years or older with a driver's license older than 1 year.

You go through booking steps, first you select your pickup location and start time, you can do this by entering address or selecting it on the map-make sure the pickup address is within the delivery area set for the selected city. You continue by selecting the return location, return time and then go to next step where you select your vehicle. After vehicle selected you go to select options for your rental and then you are ready to go! You confirm reservation and in the final step you add your card details to pay for the reservation.
Card details are added only once as the system will store it for future bookings.

It is possible to cancel the reservation within 24 hours from start time without penalty.
There are no refunds for cancellations with less than 24 hours from reservation start time.

Vehicle will be delivered by an agent at the specified time and location and you are ready to go! You can see the delivery progress by opening your app. Please make sure you have ID, driver's license and proof of address at hand (utility bill) for address confirmation and also the card you made the payment with.
Card must be in your name!

For US/CANADA renter's an International Driving License is needed together with local driver's license.
An international driver's license is needed as well for renters having their local license written in non-Latin alphabet.

VISA and MASTERCARD cards are accepted within the SPOTCARS app.

You will return the vehicle rented at return location selected when making the booking at the time agreed.

No, rental cannot be extended. Vehicle must be returned at the initial time agreed but another reservation can be booked. However, you can change return location on the map In the same city vehicle was picked up with at least 2 hours before return time agreed.

In case of accident/damage/theft please notify the Rental Company through the app or you can send an email to contact@spotcarsapp.com with details. This has to be done immediately after the event occurred. You have to report the event with the POLICE and get from them POLICE REPORT and REPAIR AUTHORIZATION. No amicable settlements are legally accepted in case of accident/damage/theft

If you don't have an active reservation you can delete the card from account, please keep in mind you will need to re-enter a card as soon as you book a car again with SPOTCARS.

You can send request to delete your account to contact@spotcarsapp.com.
This will be processed in accordance with local laws

Please keep in mind each car provider has his own terms shown when you reserve the vehicle through the app. You have to read and accept this term before making the booking. All the necessary rental information is explained in the rental terms.

Yes, you can, you fill out the company details in the "Personal details" app section and select "business use" when making the reservation, an invoice on your company will be issued.

You can access your bookings from your app in "My Bookings" section or from a computer accessing website address www.spotcarsapp.com and using LOG IN button to your account (you need phone number and password initially set!)
